Some Entertainment News reports from South Korea has already confirmed that the Copyrights for MBC’s 47th Anniversary Drama “East of Eden” has been sold to some Countries in Asia,And That includes the Philippines.
Well,Di pa ako sigurado if it is TV5 or GMA…TV5 Maari,since golden bride is in Their hands,Proof na kaya nilang bumili ng long series…Pwede ring GMA kasi Gusto nila yung mga ala-Historical drama….But I’m sure ABS-CBN will NEVER buy this series,Less than 24 Episode lang ang binibili nilang series…
Isa pa,sa tipo ng mga Viewers nila,tatangkilikin nila kaya yun? Kaya hanggang Pakilig-kilig lang sila….
Basta,Isa lang ang sigurado : A Philippine TV Network has bought this Series.

i hope that ABS-CBN will get this drama
they deserved a nice korean and new drama like East of Eden and in muy oppinion ABS-CBN is richer than GMA
i’ve read that the cost of this drama is 5M$, i dont think GMA can afford that?
^ GMA bought the rights for East of Eden. The Legend was also the most expensive drama during the time and it was also acquired by GMA.
As I have said in this post : ABS-CBN will NEVER buy a series like this…
First ; it has Historical theme
Second : It has 50 Episodes,ABS-CBN Do NOT buy Series more than 24 Epiodes.

GMA, can’t afford this series? are you dunderhead? Historical dramas nga (which is even more expensive than EOE by 2-4times) were able to be acquired by GMA. Jumong is effing expensive than EOE so don’t consider that as goddamn cheap!
I think ABS-CBN doesn’t deserve decent dramas like that. THE SANDGLASS nga binitiwan ng ABS-CBN, same thing goes with WAR OF MONEY, paano pa kaya ang EAST OF EDEN? Knowing ABS-CBN, they get only formulaic, trite, one-dimensional asianovelas. Princess Hours and My Girl belongs to that category
another, thing, most TV series bought by ABS-CBN are effin’ cheap and usually, having codswallopey theme… like Spring Waltz (the worst of all Endless Love series), Only You, Princess Lulu or even It started with a kiss

Sana hindi nalang binili. Kasi parang nagulo ang storyline nung drama. Umalis na nga si Lee Da-hae kasi naguguluhan siya sa character niya dun eh… Naiinis na nga ako, kala ko SSH and LDH tandem na!!

I am a fan of this drama and I also would like ABS-CBN to have this drama since they are good at subbing dramas. Sana nga lang, yung story magstick up to the last scene! Ang ganda pa naman sana

yes, they can! if they’ve afforded Jewel in the Palace, Jumong and even The Legend, why not EAST OF EDEN, ayt? Besides, GMA has a tradition for being picky for K-dramas, since most of them ain’t trite and one-dimensional
actually di pa tapos ipalabas dito sa korea.. Tiyak kong magugustuhan ng manonood. hindi rin siya historical action din at drama….sorry nauna na ako 63 episodes na po and counting huling labanan na po. Ang ganda ni Grace. di ko rin masyadong masundan due to work shift nirereplay naman twing sunday..napakaraming twist sa story hehehe. mula sa pagkasilang hanggang sa asawa kapatid at magulang. Matalino talaga si Sungsonghan i like him para kay grace, isa siya sa mga hanlyu stars ng korea. hanlyu as hollywood of asia korean version. peace
Si Sungsonghan ang bida sa Summerscent at siya ang best friend ni Kwang Songwoo sa tunay na buhay. na bida namn sa Chonguki kedan Stairway to Heaven. Gusto ko tuloy ulitin sa tagalog version… wait.. sana kung gma ang nakakakuha ng rights, ipalabas sana sa mygma sa internet .
